Bramble Berry Run

Old Mutual Athletics Club East London presented its inaugural Bramble Berry Run 5km fun run and 10km race on December 01, 2019. The race, held in Gonubie featured over 750 participants split between the fun run and the main event sponsored by Galaxy Bingo.

“With it being the first race, the turnout was very good. We appreciated and remain thankful that the running community supporting our events as Old Mutual Athletics Club East London. We remain grateful to Galaxy Bingo for trusting us to host this race and for their continuous support to the running community as they supporting various races. This hopefully will motivate the corporate to also do the same,” said Boitumelo Lepman, Race Director.

Two lucky draw winners walked away with R2 000 worth of vouchers from Puma. A total of R16 000 in prize monies were won for the 10km race by the top three overall and age categories both for females and males.
